Hans Schlömer is a recognised expert in the field of Customer Communication Management (CCM) with over 25 years of experience in developing and providing successful customer communication solutions. As a Master of Business Administration from the University of Siegen and a certified Scrum Product Owner (2006-2023), he has the expertise and know-how to successfully implement a wide range of projects.

Prof. Dr. Thomas Liebetruth is Professor of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics and Process Management at OTH Regensburg University of Applied Sciences. He is a certified Business Coach and Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP) and runs the blog better-process.com, where he writes about effective process management and organizational improvement.

Prior to his academic career, he worked as a management consultant, supporting both mid-sized companies and large enterprises in organizational transformation initiatives and programs aimed at improving process efficiency.
