Module 1 (MA1)

Papyrus Business Designer basics:

  • Case components (goals, tasks, participants, processes)
  • User Interface
  • Release Management
  • Template definition editing

Business application design by business administrator:

  • Business context for “Customer onboarding”
  • Business context for “Repair Service Management”
  • Specification of participants, goals, tasks, services, data
  • Definition of business components
  • Assembly of the case from components
  • Business rules
  • Linking correspondence documents with user tasks
  • Data mapping with document variables

Form definitions for Web and Mobile:

  • Using Business Designer for form definitions
  • Data mapping with form elements
  • Form definitions and validations
  • Simulation

Release Management:

  • Testing of case templates
  • Finishing the release

Case execution by business clerk and supervisor:

  • Understanding the business story line
  • Execution as clerk using Papyrus Client
  • Supervisor using Papyrus Mobile App for sign-off

System administration:

Cancellation of the course is free of charge up to two weeks before the course date. After that, the full fee for the course applies.
