Papyrus Document Designer and DocEXEC features:

  • Create hyperlinks and embed video files with STICKER command
  • Usage of external TrueType fonts (TTF) throughout the document life cycle (AFP–PDF–PDF-in)
  • Usage of barcode types PDF417, QR, Datamatrix, Maxicode
  • Size calculation of dynamically formatted output for optimized message placement with PURGE command
  • Usage of color profiles with CMRPROFILE command
  • Define text styles like bullet lists with TEXTSTYLE command
  • Install hyphenation and spellchecking libraries
  • Interactive document applications with Papyrus Client Canvas:
    • implement links for document-internal navigation
    • Tablet signature support with IMAGEPROMPT command
    • copy&paste images from clipboard into TEXTPROMPT command
    • create barcode, tables and boxes with CANVAS command

Document template building by the Business Document Administrator:

  • Create building blocks with Papyrus EYE Widgets-based user interface (without Papyrus Designer)
  • Create document templates from building blocks
  • Administer building block templates
  • Change management to release templates into the production process

Document creation by the Business User Clerk:

  • Letter writing by means of predefined document templates

Papyrus WebRepository’s Resource Collection:

  • Difference between file-based Resource Library and Resource Collection and its advantages
  • Resources in the context of versioning and change management
  • Import of external resources
  • Creation and activation of new resource versions
  • Deactivate resources by defining a From/To validity period
  • Administer resources with Resource Explorer
  • Modify resources (pagesegments, overlays, fonts) from within Resource Explorer
