Importing process drafts into Converse Composer is simple to refine details and build the value stream by business experts instead of IT developers for final deployment. Stages structure value streams into phases with clearly defined Goals. Actions are executed by stakeholders based on Roles to achieve defined stage goals. Actions can be constrained by business rules to enforce compliance. The needed business data are defined by a non-technical information modeling using appropriate business terms in a domain specific ontology. This makes business knowledge transparent and actionable. Content like documents and data are an implicit part of action definitions given access for the business users to the needed data forms. Optionally leverage process insights from IBM's process mining or existing BPMN processes to transform broken and disconnected business processes into value streams.
